What is Alpha?

Alpha is an opportunity for anyone to explore the basics of the Christian faith over 12 weeks in relaxed, no-pressure surroundings. It is low key, friendly and fun. Alpha is supported by all of the main Christian denominations of the Church. (C of E, Catholic etc)

There are courses running all over the world. Over 128,000 people each week in the UK are now doing an Alpha course.

During the course we look at key issues like:

Who is Jesus?

Why did Jesus die?

How can I be sure of my faith?

Why & how do I read the bible?

Why & how do I pray?

After each talk, guests are encouraged to ask any questions whilst discussing over coffee.
